The Arista QSFP‑100G‑SR4 (XVR‑10067‑20) is a hot‑pluggable QSFP28 optical transceiver for 100GBASE‑SR4 100‑Gigabit Ethernet. It uses 4‑lane 850 nm VCSEL array over multimode fiber with MPO‑12 parallel optical connector. Max reach 100 m over OM4 MMF, 70 m over OM3 MMF. Factory‑programmed EEPROM for native recognition on Arista platforms. Supports DDM digital diagnostic monitoring. It is widely used for high-density data center switch-to-switch fabric links and 4x25G server breakout topologies.
