Cisco offers different versions of digital CFP2. Table 1 lists the Pids of products containing so-called "tunable optical filters (TOF)". The Pids listed in Table 2 are exactly the same as the previous module in Table 1, except that this version does not have TOF. The presence of TOF in a module is associated with the application that will be used. TOF allows pluggable DWDM systems for long range amplification.
