The Mellanox MAM1Q00A-QSA28 is a QSA28 (QSFP28 to SFP28) passive mechanical adapter that enables a single-lane QSFP28 interface to connect to a single-port SFP28 or SFP+ transceiver / cable. Designed for high-density Ethernet switches and network interface cards (NICs), this passive adapter allows users to plug 25GbE (SFP28) or 10GbE (SFP+) optical transceivers, AOCs or Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables into a 100GbE QSFP28 port without any hardware modification.
