• Compliant with 400GBASE-DR4 IEEE 802.3bs standard。This module fully complies with the IEEE 802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4 standard, ensuring interoperability with all 400GBASE-DR4 compliant equipment from major vendors. It implements the standard 4×100G parallel architecture for 400Gbps line-rate transmission, delivering the full 400Gbps bandwidth without oversubscription or rate limiting.
• 4×100G parallel lanes, 1310nm wavelength, supporting up to 500m over OM3/OM4 multi-mode fiber (and up to 2km over single-mode fiber with specific cables)。It uses four independent 100Gbps optical lanes operating at a central wavelength of 1310nm. On OM4 multi-mode fiber (MMF), it supports a maximum reach of 500 meters, while on OM3 fiber the reach is limited to 100 meters. When used with single-mode fiber (SMF) and compatible MPO-12 parallel cables, it can achieve up to 2 kilometers of transmission. This flexibility makes it ideal for different rack-to-rack and row-to-row distances within a data center.
• MPO-12 optical interface (12-fiber parallel connector) designed for high-density data center ribbon cabling。The module features an MPO-12 (12-fiber) parallel interface. This connector is specifically designed for use with multi-fiber ribbon cables, enabling the deployment of high-density, low-cost cabling infrastructure. The module itself is optimized for low power consumption, typically operating below 10W, which helps reduce heat generation and power costs in high-density environments. This balance of high bandwidth, high density, and low power is critical for scaling modern data centers.

• Built-in DOM (Digital Optical Monitoring) for real-time TX/RX power, temperature, and voltage monitoring。The transceiver includes a full-featured Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) interface. This allows the host switch to continuously monitor key operational parameters, including transmit optical power, receive optical power, module temperature, supply voltage, and laser bias current. These real-time metrics enable proactive network maintenance, fault isolation, and performance optimization, reducing downtime.
